We care about the privacy and security of our users who download and use our PackUpp application. With this Policy, we would like to inform you about how and why personal data of users and other people are collected, the processing of personal data, and your rights regarding the processing of your personal data while using the PackUpp Application (“Application”).
We process some of your personal data when you register to, log in to and use the Application. Additionally, certain personal data belonging to the parties who are not a user of the Application but the recipients of the cargo package, are processed during the delivery process through the Application, as well.As Packupp, we process personal data within the framework of the purposes specified in this Policy and also in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("LPPD”)
The Application can be used through the user account created by the users; therefore, a user account must be created in order to use the Application. Accordingly, user’s personal data are collected and processed digitally when registering to the Application, creating a user account, and using the Application through the user account. The user’s personal data processed through the Application are as follows
Following personal data belonging to the persons who are not Application users but whose cargo package is delivered to them is also processed via the Application:
The Application on your mobile device may access the web services on Packupp servers in order that the Application can be used, and communication can be made through the Application. During the use of the Application, the following data on your mobile device that you use the Application on may be accessed.
Location: Your location information is processed during the use of our Application in order to follow the delivery status and process of the relevant cargo package. Location data is accessed through your mobile phone while you are using the Application for processing of the location information.
Device Information: The device information detailed above of your mobile device on which you use our Application is processed in order to ensure the security of user accounts and Application and to use of the Application.
Camera and Photos: During your use of Application, you may take photos of each cargo package delivered. Such photos are only related to the cargo package and should not contain any personal data. In order that such photos are taken and uploaded to the Application by the user, your "camera and photos" application on your mobile device is only accessed while you are using Application. The accessed photos are only those selected by you and uploaded to Application. Your personal data that may be accessed as a result of the mentioned accesses is detailed above and it is processed based on the following purposes.

The Application users’ personal data is transferred to the technical service providers from which we procure data storage services in order that the Application can be used and the services can be provided via Application.
The transfer of personal data is based on the following legal provisions:
Pursuant to Article 11 of LPPD, you have the following rights with respect to the processing of your personal data;
(i) to learn whether your personal data are processed or not,
(ii) to request information if your personal data are processed,
(iii )to learn the purpose of your data processing and whether this data is used for intended purposes,
(iv) to know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
(v) to request the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate data, if any,
(vi) to request the erasure or destruction of his personal data under the conditions laid down in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data Numbered 6698,
(vii) to request notification to third parties to whom you personal data has been transferred about the operations regarding the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate data, and/or the erasure
or destruction of the personal data,
(viii) to object to the processing, exclusively by automatic means, of your personal data, which leads to an unfavourable consequence for the data subject; and,
(ix) to request compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.
